What we set up for every tool you share

You share code that other people will use. Toolcrow sets up the basics for every tool, and tells you when a connection breaks.

Your data stays in the EUYour account, your tools and what people enter are stored in our database in Ireland. The app’s server functions run in Dublin.

What is Toolcrow?

Toolcrow puts the tools you build with AI online, so other people can use them. Upload what you made in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other AI, or connect Claude and ask it to put your tool on Toolcrow for you. It runs on its own link and stays private until you share it. After that, feedback from the people who use it and problems Toolcrow spots come together in one place, Nest, and your AI can prepare the fix that you publish.

How do I share a tool I made with ChatGPT or Claude?

Normally you would have to sort out hosting, a domain and getting it online yourself. With Toolcrow you upload the file, or ask Claude to put it on Toolcrow, and your tool runs on its own link. It starts private. Then you choose who gets in: anyone with the link, only people with the password, or just you. You can also email the link to colleagues from Toolcrow.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. If you can ask an AI to build something, you can put it on Toolcrow. Upload what it made, or let Claude do it for you. Toolcrow is built for people who don't code, and keeping it simple is the whole point.

Do I need to connect my AI?

No, everything works without it. Upload your tool, and when feedback comes in, Nest explains what is going on and gives you a ready-made prompt ("Copy prompt") to paste into the chat where you built the tool, in any AI. You upload the new version yourself and tick which reports it fixes. Connecting your AI saves the copying: it reads the feedback and the code and prepares the fix as a draft. That works with Claude for now. Your AI never publishes anything itself: you try the draft and publish it.

What can I build with Toolcrow?

Anything that runs in a browser: HTML pages, React or Vue components like Claude Artifacts, tools from ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini or Antigravity, a ZIP with a static website, or a PDF. Your tool can save data, collect form submissions and use AI. Code that needs a server of its own doesn't run yet, and Toolcrow tells you when it sees that. You can tell us what to build next.

Who can see my tools and files?

Only you, until you choose otherwise: every new tool starts private. Toolcrow never uses your tools, or what people put into them, to train AI models. If you connect your own AI, it reads your tools under your own agreement with that AI's provider.

Where is my data stored?

That depends on how your tool is built. What a tool saves for one person stays in that person's browser. If your tool collects input, like a form, or shares data between the people using it, Toolcrow stores that for you in the EU, walled off per tool. We only store it if you build it that way, and you stay the owner of your data.

Is there vendor lock-in?

No. Your tool is the code you built in your chat, and you can download it anytime from its page in Toolcrow. What people entered in your tool you can export as CSV or JSON whenever you like, or keep in your own database or an app like Google Sheets. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you.

What does Toolcrow cost?

It is free during the beta, and there will always be a free plan. Keeping a tool private or behind a password is free on every plan, because safety is never an extra. Paid plans start after the beta for people who need more. Beta users get a lasting perk when that happens, and we tell you before anything changes.

How do I get access?

Toolcrow is in beta, and for now you sign up with an invitation code. Leave your email at the top or bottom of this page and we'll send you one, in the order people sign up. It is free to start.
